Hall of Leaders Nomination Form

The JC Schools Foundation recognizes individuals who have made a significant impact within the Jefferson City School District. Each year, at the annual Foundation Gala, an Outstanding Volunteer, an Outstanding Foundation Donor, a Distinguished Alumni, and an Outstanding Retired Educator are recognized. The Foundation would like your help in nominating those who have given outstanding service to the district. Nominees do not have to live in Jefferson City and may be honored posthumously. The deadline to nominate is October 18, 2024. Criteria for these awards are as follows:

Outstanding Retired Educator:

  • The Jefferson City District must employ one for several consecutive years;

  • One must have served with distinction and a high degree of professionalism and

  • One must positively impact students;

Outstanding Foundation Donor:

  • One must be a donor of finances or service or both to the JC Schools Foundation - Presenting Sponsor for the Annual Gala

  • One must be a strong supporter of public education by helping schools, teachers, staff or students;

  • One must be a good citizen; and

  • One must have a positive attitude and interact well with others.

Outstanding Volunteer:

  • One must be a contributor of significant time, energy, and talent to strengthen the educational or extracurricular experience of the Jefferson City School District;

  • One must be a good citizen;

  • One must have a positive attitude and interact well with others; and

  • One must have served a consecutive number of years.
